If Needed: Drywall repair, holes, patching, caulking, sanding, washing prior to painting. Minimum service charge of $100. TBD.
Vaulted Ceilings 1.5 x Cost.
Ceiling Prices if walls are not painted: 2 x Cost.
This is pricing for 1 coat of Paint or Primer.
Please have most or all of furniture out of rooms to be painted and curtains and blinds removed.
